1. 100% Bio-Washed Combed Cotton Fabric
We only use premium 180 to 200 GSM combed cotton. The bio-wash enzyme treatment naturally softens the fabric, eliminates microscopic loose fibers, and prevents skin irritation or redness during active play.
2. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Certified Inks
Our screen and digital printing processes use strictly water-based, azo-free, lead-free, and phthalate-free dyes. Even if your curious toddler puts the collar or sleeve in their mouth, the materials are completely harmless.
3. Tagless Neck Labels for Zero Scratching
Traditional woven or nylon neck tags often scratch or itch tender necks. All KidsZoon t-shirts feature heat-sealed tagless neck labels printed directly inside the neckline with non-irritating water-based ink.
