1. General Use of the Website
KidsZoon provides a specialized platform for purchasing premium children’s apparel, customized graphic t-shirts, and related accessories. Users must be at least 18 years of age or supervised by a legal guardian to place orders.
2. Product Information & Customization Accuracy
We strive to represent our apparel colors, print positions, and fabric specifications as accurately as possible. Please note:
- Color Representation: Slight variations may occur due to device screen calibrations and natural textile dye processes.
- Custom Text Accuracy: Customers are responsible for verifying the spelling of names, age digits, and customization text before checkout confirmation.
- Sizing: Please refer to our standardized Size Chart (Ages 2 to 14 Years) to ensure an accurate fit.
Garments customized with custom names, birthdays, or unique user graphics are printed on demand specifically for you. While we gladly replace items with manufacturing defects or printing errors, customized goods cannot be returned for arbitrary change of mind.
3. Pricing, Payments & Orders
- All prices displayed on KidsZoon are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- We accept major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes.
- KidsZoon reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of unforeseen inventory shortages, pricing discrepancies, or unserviceable delivery locations with a full immediate refund.
4. Shipping & Delivery Terms
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Estimated pan-India delivery time is 3 to 5 business days depending on destination pincode accessibility.
5. Intellectual Property
All logos, brand graphics, website UI assets, product illustrations, and theme designs are the exclusive intellectual property of KidsZoon. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial re-use is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
